Vitrified CBN wheels can remove material faster and last longer than conventional abrasives. On high volume applications, changing to a vitrified CBN grinding wheel can increase productivity by 30% to 50%.
Our grinding wheels are able to be dressed with stationary dressing tools, allowing vitrified CBN to be used on many older, hydraulic machines.
For larger wheels, try a lightweight, composite core instead of a metal core. The slight flex of the reinforced resin will dampen vibrations.
